Thomas J. Smith
President

Mr. Smith graduated from Texas Christian University in 1981 with a BBA in both Accounting and Finance. He was the top accounting graduate of his class and graduated with honors. He received his MBA in General Business from St. Edwards University in 1996.

Albert Pomales
Vice President

As Vice President of the ETMG team, Albert is responsible for strategic partnerships,
product development and sales. His consultative approach brings a fresh and unique experience to all his clients giving him the tools to adapt to the changing insurance industry while maintaining the highest level of integrity. Albert is also very active in the Austin community. In 2013 he was part of launching S.W.A.G, Students Working to Achieve Greatness, a leadership program for high school students and was also selected as a candidate for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Man of the Year. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his beautiful bride, family, playing golf, and waiting on his first son to arrive.

Kayde Wolf
Benefit Specialist

Kayde graduated from Texas A&M University in 2008 and soon after joined the ETMG team. She is responsible for implementation and servicing
of integral accounts and does so with a high level of expertise and knowledge of the health insurance industry. Kayde possesses superior account management skills and excels at elevating her client relationships to a level of valuable partnerships. In her spare time, Kayde enjoys photography and spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, Riley.

Diana Gomez
Benefit Specialist

Diana Gomez is our bilingual English/Spanish speaking benefit
specialist licensed in health and life. With over 8 years in the insurance industry, Diana assists employers, associations and individuals in
finding the right solutions for their insurance needs. Previously working
in customer service Diana has received much kudos from employers
and members for her personal commitment and diligence.

Sonia Moser
Benefit Specialist

As part of Member Services at ETMG/SBU, Sonia serves as a Benefit Specialist to assist members with enrollment, billing, policy and benefit questions, and policy changes. After obtaining her Bachelor’s in History from Marymount University in Arlington, VA, Sonia taught middle school for 3 years before joining the ETMG team in 2010.  She is a licensed Health and Life agent in Texas and 13 other states.

Allan Duncan
Benefit Specialist

Allan entered the insurance world as a broker for the largest commercial insurance brokerage on the west coast and has licenses in both Property & Casualty along
with Life & Health. Allan is a nutrition buff and opened a nutrition store just before
the recession of 2008. He understands the difficulties of owning and operating a business and the stresses insurance can cause. He works hard at understanding
the needs of his clients and puts that at the forefront of how he conducts business. Allan will be expanding ETMG by opening

Sheryl Cheatham
Accounting Manager

Sheryl balances more than just the books. She establishes accounting imagery while wearing many other hats in the company. She can provide you with financial accuracy and provide HR support for the employees.
Her service leverages 20 years plus of bookkeeping, accounting and management in the non-profit and private sectors.

Keith Rodriguez
Staff Accountant

Since obtaining his Masters in Accountancy, Keith has been a part of
the accounting team at ETMG. He has become an integral part of the accounting team and has become Sheryl’s right and left hand. When
not crunching numbers Keith enjoys tattoos of antiquated spacecraft, converting oxygen into carbon dioxide and pondering what his ancestral stars where like at his age.

Ehab Kwar
Financial Analyst

Ehab has been the Financial Analyst for ETMG, LLC for approximately
9% of his life. He is a licensed agent, an Excel guru, and has been in the insurance industry for 3.5 years. With an 18 year background in Finance / Accounting, he reviews the day to day financial operations and maintains the financial relationships with the carriers, as well as ETMG’s members. He’s a family man who enjoys jazz, a good pizza, a good movie, and a good nap

Michael Sanchez
Marketing

Michael attended Texas State University's School of Communication Design where he found a niche-fascination with Typography. To this day he has an adverse reaction to the over-use of Times New Roman or any variant thereof.
He holds fast to his belief that all design can be conceptual and avoids the
use of clip-art at all costs. A native Texan, Michael enjoys reading, movies and motorcycles in his free time and also enjoys camping and hiking with his wife
and family and pets.

 

Jason Mousseau
Marketing

Jason attended Oakland University in Michigan and relocated Austin in
late 2010. Since joining ETMG he has rediscovered the art of stressing
out while attempting to hold himself to impractically high standards. Fascinated with technology and its affects on not only business but
society in general he ponders the kind of world his soon to be arriving
son will inherit.
